Kerry Lynch is an experienced independent insurance broker located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  Kerry specializes in providing customized insurance services for the ski sports and recreation industry, as well as commercial insurance packages for construction, condo owners, ranch owners associations and for smaller, boutique industries. 

Kerry is a 2-Time US Olympian in Nordic Combined that involves ski jumping and cross country ski racing.  Spanning a 12 year racing career with the US Ski Team, Kerry has won 3 national titles, worlds cups, an overall world title and the prestigious King’s Cup at the Homenkollen in Oslo, Norway.  Kerry continues to provide part time consulting, coaching and technical ski services for the U.S. Ski Team as well as the local Steamboat Springs Ski Club.

Since 1998, Kerry has been providing insurance solutions to Steamboat Springs and the surrounding area.   With his background in competitive winter sports, Kerry has combined his expertise in multi-line insurance to provide comprehensive coverage and sound risk management programs to his clients. His experience in international relations, large and small-scale water and construction projects and ranching allows him to offer insurance services tailored to meet the needs of a broad range of clientele.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver.  Kerry and his wife Chrissy have lived in Steamboat Springs since 1998, and have two adult children, Erik and Katherine. His son, Erik, is also in Steamboat Springs pursuing a ski racing career and runs his own marketing company. Katherine is a doctor of Chinese medicine and lives with her husband Andrew in Portland, Oregon.
